Exchange policy
- You can avail one-time exchange within 7 days after delivery, please be advised that the tag should be intact and the receipt or order number must be kept for reference.
- You must choose a replacement product from the same/previous collection, given that it is available on the website.
- Customer who wish to exchange their order must send the product to us at the address given below, at their own expense.
- Due to the differences in display setting of computer/mobile devices and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is screen, therefore product cannot be exchanged for this reason. However, if you feel a significant difference, please contact our customer service and share pictures. A customer care representative will determine if the concern is eligible for exchange.
- It is important that you send the invoice and the Exchange Request form in shipment, otherwise, the exchange cannot be made because the policy would not have been acknowledged.
- This policy applies to local orders only.
- Sale products are not eligible for exchange or return
